Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on controlled handling, the following policy applies to all returns and refunds.

1. Eligible Returns

• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in the same condition in which they were received.
• Opened, reconstituted, or used products cannot be returned, except where a defect is covered by our Warranty Policy.

2. How to Start a Return

1. Email support@bodyflexpeptides.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm whether the return is eligible and send return instructions.
3. Ship the items back using a trackable service. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

For eligible returns of unwanted items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we cover the cost of the replacement or return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the return terms above apply.

6. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, report it within 7 days of delivery as described in our Warranty Policy, and we will replace the item or refund you.
