Overview

Cerebrolysin is a peptide preparation produced by standardized enzymatic breakdown of porcine brain proteins. The resulting mixture consists of biologically active low-molecular-weight peptides (under 10 kDa) together with free amino acids, structured to resemble endogenous neurotrophic factors.

Research Background

Cerebrolysin has been studied for several decades in research on stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurodegeneration, and cognitive function. It is one of the most extensively investigated neurotrophic peptide preparations in the literature.

Storage & Handling
