Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme found in every living cell and is essential to cellular metabolism. It exists in two interconvertible forms — oxidized (NAD+) and reduced (NADH) — that participate in hundreds of redox reactions across central metabolism.
