01Product details
Overview
The Klow blend combines four widely investigated research peptides: GHK-Cu (a copper-binding tripeptide active in dermal remodeling and gene expression), BPC-157 (a gastric pentadecapeptide studied for tissue repair), TB-500 (a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment studied for cell migration), and KPV (a tripeptide derived from α-MSH studied for anti-inflammatory activity).
Research Background
Each component has an extensive individual research profile. Combined, the four peptides cover overlapping pathways in tissue repair, angiogenesis, cytoskeletal regulation, and inflammation modulation. Combined preparations allow investigators to study additive effects across these mechanisms.
Storage & Handling
Store lyophilized peptide at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within recommended timeframes. Handle under sterile laboratory conditions and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Disclaimer:
This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not intended for human or animal consumption or for use in any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
02Mechanism of action
GHK-Cu binds copper(II) and modulates antioxidant enzymes and ECM-remodeling gene expression. BPC-157 engages NO/Src-Caveolin/eNOS, VEGFR2, and growth hormone receptor pathways. TB-500 sequesters G-actin and influences cell migration via cytoskeletal and VEGF-related signaling. KPV acts intracellularly via PEPT1 transport and downregulates NF-κB-mediated cytokine production.
03Research applications
The blend is studied in research on tissue repair, angiogenesis, dermal biology, and inflammation. It is of interest to investigators studying combined or sequential effects of multiple regenerative peptide pathways.
