01Product details
Overview
This research blend contains BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg), two of the most extensively investigated peptides in regenerative research. Both are routinely used as reference compounds in studies of tissue repair, angiogenesis, and recovery from injury.
Research Background
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein, studied for tendon, ligament, and gastrointestinal repair models. TB-500 is a 17–amino acid fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, studied for actin regulation, cell migration, and soft-tissue recovery. Combined preparations allow investigators to examine whether the two peptides act additively or independently across overlapping pathways.
Storage & Handling
Store lyophilized peptide at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within recommended timeframes. Handle under sterile laboratory conditions and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Disclaimer:
This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not intended for human or animal consumption or for use in any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
02Mechanism of action
BPC-157 is studied for its interaction with the nitric oxide system (Src–Caveolin-1–eNOS pathway), upregulation of VEGFR2 and growth hormone receptor expression, and effects on dopamine, serotonin, and prostaglandin signaling. TB-500 sequesters monomeric G-actin via its actin-binding domain, regulating cytoskeletal dynamics and cell migration, and has been reported to upregulate VEGF expression supporting angiogenesis.
03Research applications
The combined preparation is studied in research models of soft tissue, tendon, ligament, and muscle repair, vascular formation, and cellular migration. The pairing is one of the most frequently referenced in regenerative peptide literature.
